CSI Eliza Caldwell College was established in the year 2009 in order to provide high quality of education and training in the field of professional nursing in order to train rural women for leadership in health services as the church’s response to the need of the large community. This College has been named after Eliza Caldwell, who served in this region for the education, training and upliftment of women during the 19th century. The aim of this College is to bring all-round development of the nursing students, so that they may became Nightingales to serve the large society. This College offers 4 year degree course in professional Nursing B.Sc(N) and it is affiliated to Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. The College has been identified for having a real concern for its students well being and the College takes pride its professional and caring approach. The College has a team of experienced and efficient faculty, excellent infrastructural facilities, equipments, current edition book and journals. Our vision is to bring all-round developments in nursing student for rendering comprehensive health care at Hospitals, homes and community. Our College provides plat-form to develop artistic ability of student as efficient Nurses, practitioners, Research Scholars, Able Administrators, Effective Educators and great Leaders in nursing profession. We also ensure professional and ethical values to build a strong professional etiquette. The Trust has its own 150 bedded hospital. In order to provide hands on practice with rich clinical experience for the students, the College has clinical tie up with various multispecialty hospitals. The parent and tie-up hospitals have recent technological advancement, qualified Nursing personal and well equipped facilities for clinical Practice.
